Dear Parent / Carer

There are occasions during the school year when we may take the opportunity to make short visits to nearby places as part of the children's school activities. These visits will always take place in school time and the children will return before the end of the school day. Rather than asking for a separate permission slip for each of these journeys we ask parents / carers to sign a consent form for the year. We will let parents/ carers know that we are intending to take the children out of school.

As a school we are fortunate enough to have our own minibus and again we ask for an annual consent to take children by minibus to places that are still nearby but are too far to walk, for instance, when the older children go swimming.

If we are taking children on a specific educational visit or sporting event, then we will send out individual consent forms for these visits.

Please complete the consent form and return to the school as soon as possible. Many thanks.

Yours sincerely
